ABOUT NAMUDA · IMPROVEMENT AS A SERVICE

We believe waste is measurable.
And fixable — continuously.

Namuda was built on a decade of process-mining science and a single conviction: that operational waste is not inevitable. It is discoverable, quantifiable, and eliminable — by a team that never stops looking.

[ Our mission · why we exist ]

Continuous improvement should be a service, not a project.

The old model — hire a consultancy, run a project, ship a report, wait for the next engagement — was never fast enough. Processes drift. Bottlenecks reappear. The ROI decays between reviews.

Namuda replaces that cycle with a permanent improvement team: agentic specialists grounded in process-mining science, running continuously against your live enterprise data. They find waste, quantify it in euros, ship the fix, and prove the impact — in the same event stream where the problem was found.

From a procurement desk in Oslo to a claims floor in Helsinki, the playbook is the same: see the process as it actually runs, measure everything, fix what matters most, repeat.

[ How we work · our values ]

Ground truth over opinions. Evidence over intuition.

Every principle at Namuda traces back to one discipline: process mining. Before any agent can improve a process, it has to see the process — exactly as it runs, not as a flow chart on the wall.

That commitment to ground truth shapes everything: how we build the product, how agents reason, and how we measure whether a fix actually worked.

  • 01
Data before diagnosis We ingest event logs before we form any hypothesis. Opinions about how a process works are a starting point, not evidence.
  • 02
Every finding has a price tag A bottleneck without a euro figure is just a complaint. We quantify every variant by lost margin, SLA penalty, and working-capital drag.
  • 03
Closed-loop accountability Impact is tracked in the same event log the problem was found in. No separate KPI dashboard, no retrospective slide deck.
  • 04
Human approval, agent execution Agents design countermeasures and propose fixes. Humans approve. That boundary is explicit in every agent we ship and every agent customers build.
  • 05
Compounding improvement ROI should compound, not decay. When a process drifts back, the team detects it within hours and re-opens the fix automatically.
[ Our story · Oslo & Lillehammer ]

A decade of process-mining science, productised.

Namuda was founded by a team that had spent years applying process-mining methods inside large enterprises — and kept hitting the same ceiling: the insights were strong, but the follow-through was slow, manual, and expensive to sustain.

The conviction that became the company was simple: if the discovery, quantification, design, and execution of improvements could each be handled by a specialist agent — grounded in the same continuous event log — then improvement would stop being a project and start being a service.

Today the team operates from Oslo and Lillehammer. The core agent team — Andy, Aki, Noor, and Toma — ships from week one. Customers extend the roster with agents designed for their own processes, connected to their own line-of-business sources.

[ The team · agents & humans ]

The agents do the work.
We build the agents.

The Namuda team is split between the humans who build and maintain the platform, and the agentic specialists who run on top of it. The four core agents — Andy, Aki, Noor, and Toma — handle the full lean improvement cycle from discovery to execution.

Every agent customers build on Namuda sits on the same process-mining engine, queries the same event log, and escalates to the same human approval layer. Think of it as an HR system for an agentic workforce — you set the job description, the data access, and the escalation rules.

"Namuda gives us the helicopter view no other system managed to offer — and the team behind it does the work we used to outsource to consultants." — Tuan Viet Vo, Head of Core Business Operations · Glamox
